Job Description and Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will call prospective students and walk them through the process of finding schools & degree programs in their area & online. Using active listening skills and multitasking abilities you will act as a resource for the student to gain knowledge and interest in programs and schools that best fit their interests and needs.

-Help students looking for educational options
-Place outbound inquiries to prospective students
-Field inbound inquiries from prospective students
-Build rapport with prospective student to better understand their needs
-Explain in great detail program and School information to prospective students
-Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics

Qualifications

-Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
-Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
-Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
-Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers
-Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
-Ability to type 30 wpm+
